  Took my new Ted Baker Everlast jacket there, and they broke the zipper in half which was wooden. They refused to do anything about it, claimed that it's the manufacturers fault instead of taking liability. First time and last time there. They truly don't deserve a single star in all honesty. As a side note, they're extremely overpriced for the amateur service, I might have money but I'm not stupid like these other people who go there.
