  Went on the website to order a pair of SMALL gloves, first order i received medium. I emailed the shop at least 5 times to no reply and my partner ordered another pair. This time they came in large, we rang the shop and complained and were told to send them back with no refund for postage and packaging and were sent another pair, this time medium with the medium label cut out so we would not be able to tell whether they were small or not except for the fact that they were the same size as the first pair ordered and did not fit. The orders also took a very long time to come through and was a waste of my time and money. Awful online shop, might be better in store.
